1.Be a student resource for the Office Assistants to answer questions, train (as necessary), and assist with any issues related to their work in the department. 2. Help plan and execute AnthroTuesday events. This includes reaching out to alumni speakers, communication with selected speakers leading up to the event, promotions, event staffing, and being present for the event if available. 3. Assist the Department Coordinator and any additional social media student staff in planning posting schedules, content creation, and posting on various social media sites. 4. Help plan department events as needed. 5. Complete normal office tasks during shifts as needed. |
