1.Be a student resource for the Office Assistants to answer questions, train (as necessary), and assist with any issues related to their work in the department. 2. Help plan and execute department events. This includes reaching out to speakers (as needed), communicating with selected speakers leading up to the event, promoting the event, staffing the event, and being present at the event if available. 3. Assist the Department Coordinator and any additional social media student staff in planning posting schedules, content creation, and posting on various social media sites. 4. Complete normal office tasks during shifts as needed. |
