Job Requirements - Must be self-motivated and responsible; work well with other people and also independently.
- Advanced oral and written knowledge of the French Language, near-native quality.
- Ability to use computer and knowledge of the following software programs, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, additionally, (preferred by not required) knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Professional.
- Knowledge of standard office procedures: filing, typing, copying, correspondence, faxing, scanning etc.
- Good organizational skills.
- Work hours are scheduled M-F between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and occasional weekend and evening work opportunity for department-sponsored events.
