Job Description |
- Providing accurate and quality customer assistance via telephone, email and in-person to current and prospective students.
- Assist in delivering mail and preparing letters.
- Customer service includes providing information regarding need-based financial aid, merit-based financial aid, student loans and student employment, and the application process for each.
- Shifts will cover 6 hours Monday-Thursday and 4.5 hours Friday between the dates of June 1st - September 4th.

Job Requirements |
- Ability to communicate effectively and personably.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all discussion and documentation is a must.

Benefits |
Sick and Safe Time - Student employees accrue sick and safe time at an accrual rate of one hour for every 30 hours paid.
- Sick and safe time is not paid out upon departure.
