Art Office Assistant tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: - Greet visitors and answer their questions politely
- Pick up mail and run other errands as needed
- Assist with planning special events (lectures, meetings and department gatherings) and help carry out tasks related to them, ie. create posters and post them around campus, make phone calls and help with menu planning
- Help with office tasks, such as occasionally reconciling pCards
- Use multi-functional device to scan, print and make photocopies for faculty
- Help with keeping the office and surrounding areas clean
- Post information on bulletin boards and keep them updated
