Requirements for Lab Preceptor: - Must be free for the time period during which the lab meets and meet the following
- Must have completed the lab associated with course for which you wish to TA, having obtained a B- or better in the course
- Must thoroughly understand the subject matter of the course for which you wish to TA
- Must have a strong desire to help fellow students
- Strong communication and analytical skills are highly desired
Students with WORK STUDY AWARDS preferred unless there is faculty approval. By applying to this position, the department may contact the Title IX and Nondiscrimination Office to inquire about an applicant's disciplinary status with the college. Current or past policy violations do not automatically disqualify or exclude an applicant from this selection process. However, they may be taken into consideration. |
