Document Services assistants provide customer service to all patrons of Document Services and MacPass, as well as other office-related administrative tasks as directed. This position will act as the primary “face” of MacPass and Document Services to the customer. Time is flexible working approximately 4 hours a day Monday through Friday. Customer service duties include: - taking card pictures
- printing cards
- answering questions
- basic troubleshooting of common card issues
- provide quality duplication and bindery services
- assist in Mailing Services or Central Stores as needed.
Administrative duties include: - answering phone calls
- monitoring email
- tracking card printing supplies
- maintaining records
- data entry
- operate and maintain high speed multifunction devices and bindery equipment
- deliver and pickup items around campus.
