Reunion Coordinators work closely with Alumni Engagement staff to schedule and manage approximately 40 Reunion Assistants before and during Reunion weekend, June 5-8, 2025. Reunion is the largest alumni gathering of the year, with up to 1,800 alumni and guests on campus and over 70 events occurring in a 72 hour period. Coordinators create, populate and manage the schedule of Reunion Assistants to ensure that Reunion runs smoothly, staff have the support they need, and alumni and guests have an enjoyable time back on campus. The position works Thursday, May 15 - Wednesday, June 11. There may be flexibility to start earlier in May if there is interest. In May, Coordinators are expected to attend 2-3 Reunion staff meetings to develop a thorough knowledge of Reunion activities and responsibilities, as well as assist with the recruitment of Reunion Assistants (about 10 hours). Coordinators can expect to work approximately 40 hours per week during the 2 weeks leading up to Reunion and between 25-35 hours during Reunion weekend (June 5-8) assisting Reunion staff, scheduling and managing Reunion Assistants, coordinating Reunion headquarters including radio and golf cart inventory, delegating projects and duties, and on-the-spot problem solving in a wide variety of settings. |
