Job Requirements

Reunion Assistants are asked to perform a wide variety of tasks over the week, so flexibility, positivity and a can-do attitude are critical. Previous Reunion experience is not required - however, experience in the service industry, including catering, restaurants, and events is preferred. Successful Reunion Assistants are able to handle numerous duties effectively and independently with minimal supervision, work long and sometimes irregular hours which are prone to change at short notice, and enjoy people and interacting with alumni of all ages. Reunion Assistants are often asked to lift and carry objects up to 20 lbs and perform tasks that require standing for several hours.

Please note that our insurance requires students to have a valid US driver's license in order to operate golf carts. While we need the majority of our Reunion Assitants to be able to drive golf carts, it is not a requirement.

Due to the intense nature of the Reunion schedule, and the long hours required over the weekend, Reunion Assistants cannot work any other jobs on or off campus the week of May 30. While we strive to accomodate scheduling requests, we ask that Reunion Assistants keep their schedules open and be flexible with their hours for the week.
