Qualifications and/or Special Skills Necessary to Perform the Duties of the Position: Must have participated in a study away program. Experience in community-based learning, programming, and/or service. Commitment to the mission of the IGC to encourage, promote and support rigorous learning, innovative scholarship and meaningful service. Strong communication skills; experience in facilitating group dialogue is preferred. Strong organizational skills. Interest in collaborating with a diverse group of students, staff, and faculty.
