General Position Overview:
Possess a strong understanding of Career Exploration services, resources and events.
Strong understanding of the Macalester community.
Ability to work as part of a team and work effectively independently.
Possess strong office experience and strong research/data gathering skills.
Student must demonstrate ability to collaborate with student organizations, staff, faculty, employers, and students in a positive, collegial and collaborative manner.
Must be able to work well with Career Exploration full-time staff, peers and also responsible to structure self-directed office hours.
