Coordinators must: be able to handle varied and numerous duties effectively with minimal supervision; have exceptional organizational skills; be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive; be comfortable handling multiple projects, priorities, and people; know how to stay (or appear) calm in the midst of chaos; be able to work long hours; have a really good sense of humor;
Reunion work experience is preferred, and management or team leadership experience is a plus, but neither are required. Our insurance policy mandates that Coordinators must have a valid US driver's license in order to operate golf carts – this is preferred but not required. Coordinators will not be able to work any other job, on or off-campus, from May 22 through June 11, but are able to work another job during the Spring semester.
