The Office Manager/Trainer in the WGSS Department is responsible for supporting the Department Coordinator in the efficient function of the WGSS office. The Office Manager/Trainer will be responsible for the training and oversight of the Office Assistant student workers. They will coordinate with Department Coordinator to supervise workflow for student work in the department. Responsibilities include: · Build student worker community (communication, events) · Set up and conduct student worker meetings · Keep student worker shared meeting notes up-to-date and accessible · Train workers on office skills such as scanning and copying · Complete or reassign faculty tasks and projects · Create online course Padlets and hardcopy course posters · Development and data entry on department spreadsheets · Create and maintain WGSS majors and minors board · Other projects as assigned |
