Job Description |
- Set up and break down catering events
- Serve and restock food, beverages, and dishes as needed
- Reset and clean tables and service areas as needed
- Follow standards of speed of service
- Uphold sanitation and food safety practices
- Uphold time and attendance standards
- Follow proper waste reduction practices
- Cover stations and jobs as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements |
Ability to interact with a diverse customer base during both slow periods and times of high volume in a courteous and efficient manner. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed. Ability to work both independently on tasks and within a team environment to ensure proper operation. Follow policies and procedures as they pertain to food handling, including the use of proper personal protection equipment (cut glove, etc.) when preparing foods and cleaning. Ability to be flexible in order to meet the ever changing demands of the unit’s operations. Ability to stand for a long period of time (2-4 hours).

Benefits |
Sick and Safe Time - Student employees accrue sick and safe time at an accrual rate of one hour for every 30 hours paid.
