• Prepare for and attend course lectures • Develop rapport with students to encourage exploration and active participation in course activities • Assist course instructor with grading, correctly and in a timely manner • Host regular office hours, review sessions, or other meetings for students as requested by the course instructor * Read student paper assignments and provide brief feedback to instructor on students' progress toward meeting their personal goals as requested by the course instructor • Attend relevant TA meetings • Position is only available to returning students; students with work study are prioritized • Must have taken and excelled in relevant core courses, and associated labs • Class schedule must allow for meetings, course attendance, and time for other required activities • Must have a strong desire to help other students; strong communication skills. |
